THE LAST SONG
Synopsis
Based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks, this heartwarming story sees Veronica, a talented musician but rebellious teen being sent to spend the summer with her father on his beach house in Tybee Island. With her young brother in tow, she tries to fit into the small town but her aggressive nature makes it hard for herself. Veronica soon softens when she falls in love with the local heartthrob and betters her relationship with her father, whom she has been angry with for many years since her parents divorced. Just when she is beginning to live life with full of zest, she finds out that her father is dying of cancer. She spends his last days with him on the beach and finds her footing back in music - her true gift.
